We make every effort to display product images and descriptions accurately but cannot guarantee exact color or size representation due to screen/device differences.

Payment is required at checkout.
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping rates and times are displayed at checkout.
Equalized Outdoors is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other events outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you once the carrier delivers the order to the provided address.

Return Policy
Effective Date: 1 OCT 2025
1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Clearance, final sale, or personalized/custom items are not eligible for return.
2. Process for Returns
Email cs@equalizedoutdoors.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive a return shipping address.
Ship the item back in secure packaging (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect).
3. Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size/color, subject to stock.
If the item requested is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank/credit card statement.
Then contact your bank/credit card company — it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.
