We've been stalking you...I mean following you on social media and see that you enjoy hunting AND fishing. Which do you enjoy doing more?
"I can’t pick one over the other. I just enjoy being outdoors. As a kid, I always loved playing hunting and fishing games on my Dreamcast...and then actually getting outside with my dad, grandpa, and uncle! Just the thrill of it all gets me going. From not knowing what’s gonna' bite the hook...to what’s walking out the woods...the thrill is what excites me."
What do you like to fish for?
"*I’m a big catfish and crappie fisherman."
What does your fishing rig look like?
"Three way rigs all the way!"
What wild game do you enjoy hunting?
"I enjoy whitetail hunting, at the moment. I love challenges. So having to study and really learn the animal is exciting. Walking to the tree stand, listening to the woods come alive, and anticipating that buck you've been watching all summer walk out...is a different level of living!"

What's your hunting weapon of choice?
"My old Bushmaster 308 has always been my go-to gun. But the last 2 years...I've been really focusing on killing my buck with a bow."
Did you grow up hunting and fishing? Or is it new to you?
"I grew up in it...watching family members!"
If you grew up in the outdoors, what family members put you on and taught you?
"My youngest uncle and grandpa got me fishing. Then my dad bought me my first pole and used to take me to a local pond...and I've been hooked ever since.
"For hunting though...I had a guy that works with me, teach me pretty much everything I know about hog hunting! When it comes to deer hunting, I’m pretty much self-taught. It's been a whole lot of trial and error!"
Are you able to pass on your love of hunting and fishing to others now?
"Yes. I'm always meeting new people and encouraging them...or helping out with what I know. And plus...I have a son that hopefully I can pass everything down to him!"
